A premium account starts with a 7-day trial for just $1.95. After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews every 4 weeks for $26.90. You’re free to cancel at any time without any obligations or hidden fees.
To ensure accuracy, we validate your test results through an algorithm. Here are four reasons you might not have received them yet: You may have missed filling out the validation form. The test wasn’t completed fully. The email might be in your spam folder—please check. You may be experiencing a browser issue—try using a different browser. (We recommend using Google chrome) Results can take up to 2 hours to process. You'll receive an email once they’re ready.
If you’d like to downgrade to our premium service, follow the same steps as canceling your current subscription. You’ll retain all the benefits of our free services, and no data or actions from your previous premium experience will be lost. [BUTTON “Cancel Membership”]
While deleting your account is possible, we recommend caution as this action will permanently erase all your data, including test and exercise results, with no option to recover it. If you still wish to proceed, simply log into your account, scroll to the bottom of your account page, and use the delete button to fully remove your account.
